If your funds are still inside your MT4 account, you will need to move them over to your client portal/wallet before you can make a withdrawal.
- Log into your client portal/dashboard.
- Click “Manage Funds” on the left menu.
- Under “Transfer From”, select the MT4 account to transfer from.
- Under “Transfer To” select “TIO Markets Wallet”.
- Enter the amount you wish to transfer.
- Click “Transfer Funds”.
