Login to your client portal and click “Account Verification” in the menu on the left. Complete all fields requested in order for our back office agents to verify your profile. If our agents require further documentation to approve your account, you will be required to upload a recent proof of address and an up to date government-issued ID. Your documents will be checked within one working day and your account will be approved if everything is in order.
